CBM Full cream goat milk powder is the high fat content of full cream goat milk powder gives it a creamy flavor, and makes it suitable for a wide range of applications in the food industry. Full cream goat milk powder is manufactured by spray-drying fresh goat milk and contains the same content of fat and protein as the goat milk before it is spray-dried. The fat and protein content are subject to seasonal fluctuation. However, it is possible to standardize the protein and fat content if this is desired for specific applications. Full cream goat milk powder is suitable for use in a wide variety of food and non-food industries. It may be used in dairy drinks and desserts, cheese, ice-cream, chocolate, infant and follow-on formula, nutritional supplements, make-up, soap and tablets.

CBM Goat butter is an unsalted lactic goat butter is produced from pasteurized goat cream of Dutch origin to which permeate is added to lower the pH.Goat butter is made by churning fresh pasteurized goat cream. Goat butter has a lower melting point than butter made from cow milk, which makes it easier to spread. Goat butter is also very suitable for making ice cream as it does not contain any carotenes and is therefore perfectly white in color. Goat butter is used in the production of ice cream, cosmetics and flavorings, and also as an ingredient in sauces and for frying meat.

CBM Goat Cream is obtained by skimming the cream off the milk. The cream is then pasteurized before being used to make products like cheese and ice cream. Extra ingredients, such as sugar and stabilizers, can be added if required. Pasteurized goat cream of Dutch origin is produced by pasteurization and skimming of goat milk. Cream is only frozen after production.

CBM Skimmed goat milk powder might be preferable for applications where a lower fat content is required. It is manufactured by spray-drying skimmed goat milk, which is obtained by removing the fat from the whole cream goat milk. Skimmed goat milk powder can be used for a wide range of foods, like dairy drinks and desserts, cheese, ice cream, baby foods, dietary supplements, tablets and yogurts.
