PETROSOL

CepSinol® product portfolio comprises a vast range of pure cuts as well as the most common used blends of fatty alcohols produced from plant sources such as palm kernel oil and find application in various home and personal care applications as well as in flavors&amp;fragances, agriculture, crude oil exploration, paints and coatings, emulsion polymerization, pharma, pulp and paper, lubricants, and textile auxiliaries among others.All CepSinol® products are available in RSPO Mass Balance certified form.

CepSinol® - e product portfolio includes an extensive range of fatty alcohol ethoxylates that show excellent wetting properties, having low foam, and being effective even at low temperatures. They are the best surfactants for greasy soils and exhibit outstanding compatibility with all the ingredients used in detergent. It is less sensitive to water hardness and can easily achieve the higher concentrations needed in some formats.

PETREPAR

CepSinol®-es surfactants show high surface activity, high foam ability, good viscosity response, low irritation property and excellent hard-water resistance. They are readily biodegradable and can be easily formulated with other surfactants, and it provides a good synergistic effect with other ingredients like enzymes.

RECODAS

CepSinol®-s surfactants are strong cleaning agents used as a primary surfactant in household and industrial cleaning applications. It is also used in personal care products and can be easily formulated with other surfactants. CepSinol®-s surfactants have a good flash foaming property, are biodegradable and are used in personal care products such as toothpastes as well as household and industrial cleaning end uses.

Sinarmas Cepsa is a fatty acid that are carboxylic acids with a long aliphatic chain, usually from 8 to 18 even number carbon atoms in the molecule, either saturated or unsaturated.

DetenLAS® is a linear alkylbenzene sulfonic acid (LABSA) with an alkyl chain consisting of 10 to 13 atoms, averaging at 11.6. It has a low phenyl isomer content, not exceeding 20%. The production of DetenLAS® involves HF (Hydrofluoric Acid) technology. This LABSA product is specifically used in the production of anionic surfactants, particularly linear alkylbenzene sulfonates (LAS).

PETROSOL 95A 18/20 ND is a mixture of aromatic hydrocarbons, primarily consisting of C9-C11, with a predominant presence of C10. It has a typical initial and final distillation range of 180–200 oC and a low naphthalene content. Due to its impressive solvent capabilities, it is widely used in adhesives and paints.

PETROSOL D 40 is a hydrogenated naphtha-kerosene blend featuring a typical distillation range between 150 and 200°C. This product boasts an exceptionally low aromatic content and a barely discernible odor. Due to its minimal aromatic content and nearly odorless nature, PETROSOL D 40 finds application in various industries, including paint and varnish production, as a fuel source, a versatile solvent, a component in lubricants and multipurpose oils, drilling fluid formulations, insecticides, home air fresheners, and as an effective degreaser.

Cepsa Chemicals Pharma Acetone is a byproduct of phenol production through the cumene route. Cumene is obtained through the catalytic alkylation of benzene with propylene using a solid bed catalyst. This specific acetone variant finds applications within the pharmaceutical industry and carries several labeling claims, including being benzene-free, low water content, kosher, high purity, and halal.

PETROSOL D 80 is a hydrogenated naphtha-kerosene blend with a typical flash point greater than or equal to 72ºC. It stands out for its low aromatic and sulfur content and faint odor. Just like its counterparts, PETROSOL D 80 is indispensable in various industries, including paint and varnish manufacturing, as a fuel source, a versatile solvent, a component in lubricants and multipurpose oils, drilling fluid formulations, insecticides, home air fresheners, and as an efficient degreaser.

Cepsa Chemicals Phenol is a product derived from the splitting of cumene hydroperoxide with sulfuric acid. Cumene itself is obtained through the catalytic alkylation of benzene with propylene, utilizing a solid bed catalyst. The main application of phenol lies in the production of bisphenol A (BPA), which serves as an intermediate in the manufacturing of polycarbonate and epoxy resins. Phenol also plays a role in producing caprolactam in the Nylon 6 route and is utilized in various applications, including the construction industry for insulation, laminates, and coatings, as well as in disinfectants, medicinal products, food additives, and more.

PETROSOL D 60 is a hydrogenated naphtha-kerosene blend featuring a typical distillation range of 190–220 °C. This product is distinguished by its remarkably low aromatic content and faint odor. Due to its low aromatic content and almost imperceptible scent, it serves various purposes, such as in the production of paints and varnishes, as a fuel source, a versatile solvent, a component in lubricants and multipurpose oils, drilling fluid formulations, insecticides, and home air fresheners, as well as an effective degreaser.

Cepsa Chemicals Cumene is produced through the catalytic alkylation of benzene with propylene. Both raw materials are derived from crude oil distillation. The bulk of cumene production is typically transformed into cumene hydroperoxide, an intermediate in the synthesis of essential chemicals like phenol and acetone. Additionally, cumene is used in surfactants, the production of propylene Oxide (PO), and as an additive in gasoline.

PETROSOL D 100 is a hydrogenated naphtha-kerosene blend characterized by a typical distillation range of 240-270ºC. This product is recognized for its extremely low aromatic content and mild odor. Like PETROSOL D 60, its low aromatic content and subtle aroma make it a valuable asset in applications ranging from paint and varnish production to fuel, solvents, lubricants, drilling fluids, insecticides, home air fresheners, and degreasers.

PETROSOL 15A 15/20 is a kerosene fraction with a typical initial and final distillation range spanning from 150°C to 200°C, and it maintains a low aromatic content. Its applications extend to various industries, particularly in the production of solvents, adhesives, paints, varnishes, and inks. It's primarily prevalent in the paints and coatings market.

CepSinol® - e 1216/1 is a fatty alcohol characterized by its low ethylene oxide content, rendering it relatively insoluble in water. This property is harnessed primarily in the synthesis of ethoxy-sulfated alcohols. In contrast, fatty alcohols with higher ethylene oxide content are water-soluble and serve as non-ionic surfactants. They are extensively utilized in laundry detergents, household cleaners, industrial and institutional cleaning products, and found applications in agriculture, textiles, and oil formulations.
