1 of 15 products in this brand
CepSinol® - e 1216/2 is a fatty alcohol characterized by its low ethylene oxide content, rendering it relatively insoluble in water. This property is harnessed primarily in the synthesis of ethoxy-sulfated alcohols. In contrast, fatty alcohols with higher ethylene oxide content are water-soluble and serve as non-ionic surfactants. They are extensively utilized in laundry detergents, household cleaners, industrial and institutional cleaning products, and found applications in agriculture, textiles, and oil formulations.
