- Instructions for Use
It is possible to applicate one cycle directly on unfinished wood:
- Give the first sanding on wood with abrasive paper 180-220;
- Sand with 280-320 grain paper to improve the final effect;
- Applicate one coat 150 g/m² of product hardened at 15% with CA519 and diluted at 10% with demineralised water;
- Let dry for 24 hours;
- Gently sand with abrasive paper 1200 to obtain a smoothed film and the typical soft effect ofthe product.
- Optionally, to get a full bodied effect, applicate a transparent bicomponent base coat as first hand.
- Substrate
- Bare solid wood or veneer
- Bare or stained wood
- Polyester base coats
- Bicomponent water based base coats
- Bicomponent solvent based base coats
Substrate preparation
Sand the base coat with grain 280 and then with grain 320 paper. Dust carefully with compressed air.
Substrate preparation Notes
For applications on unfinished wood, is suggested the first sanding with paper 180-220 and later with sanding paper of maximum grain of 280-320 to get a better final result. For applications on melamine paper is necessary the first coat of the dedicated primer, both water and solvent based. Preliminary adhesions tests are suggested.

80-120 170 Number of coats :Up to two
Stackable Notes :After 24-48 hours. The use of spacer is recommended.
Completely dry :5-7 days
Drying and cross-linking information :The figures indicated serve as a guide and are for reference. The drying time depends on the substrate, coat thickness, temperature, relative atmospheric humidity and ventilation.
- N.B.
- Mix well before use, the presence of a slight laying on the bottom is not a sign of deterioration, especially when the product has a few months of life, and it just needs to be carefully mixed to be used again.
- Apply at temperatures above 15 ° C and maximum relative humidity of 65%.
- All the coating products are sensitive to some particularly aggressive products used for cleaning. Some chemical aggressive uses of surface cleaning, if not properly used (ammoniacal detergents, solvents, sodium hypochlorite, high concentration ethyl alcohol, concentrated acids, abrasive detergents etc.) could affect the integrity of the finishes.
- To avoid any inconvenience, the cleaning of painted surfaces must always be carried out with neutral detergents in aqueous solution.

- Gloss Notes
The given values refer to the product applied on a polyester base coat, in the recommended quantities and dried in standard conditions (23°C and 50% R.H.). The gloss level might change depending on the applied quantity, the drying conditions and the coated surface.
- Viscosity Notes
The quality control value of the viscosity refers to the product immediately after checking. Any variations of the data specified in the technical data sheet could be due to circumstances such as length and conditions of storage.
