Ultra Purge™ PMMA

Ultra Purge™ PMMA by Chem-Trend is an odorless, ready-to-use chemical purging compound. Compatible when switching from any resin to PMMA (polymethyl methacrylate). Insoluble in water while soluble in organic solvents. It can be processed using injection molding (hot runners) and extrusion (sheet). Designed for color changes, material changes and carbon build-up. Ultra Purge™ PMMA complies with GRAS (Generally Recognized As Safe) by FDA, TSCA (Toxic Substances Control Act), RoHS (Restriction of Hazardous Substances), REACH (Registration, Evaluation, Authorization and Restriction of Chemicals), DSL (Canada Domestic Substance List), IECSC (the Inventory of Existing Chemical Substances), KECI (Korea Existing Chemicals Inventory) and WGK (German water hazard class).
