Main Applications

PLASTIC MASTERBATCH: 

• As the dispersing agent for the color pigments & filler in masterbatch of polyolefin, ABS, PS, engineering plastics.
• To increase the melt flow index of masterbatch & the surface brightness of its final product.
• Recommended dosage is 0.5-2%

PLASTIC COMPOUNDING:

• As the anti-sticking agent & mold release aids for PE, PP & PA, especially for PE & PP films.
• As anti-blocking agent and slip agents of EVA & PVC, especially used as anti-blocking agent of EVA hot melt adhesive.
• As internal/external lubricants for thermoplastic and thermoset plastic.
• Recommended dosage is 0.5-2%

OTHER APPLICATIONS:

• As the anti-blocking agent, lubricating agent & mold release aids for rubber & elastomer.
• To improve the fluidity of powder in powder coating.
• As lubricating agent in powder metallurgy.
• Recommended dosage is 0.5-2%
