CP Soft 160 is a special lotion for tissue paper. The product is applied without dilution on a tissue paper web in a tissue converting operation. It is of sufficiently low viscosity to be sprayed or it can be applied through a coating or printing process such as a flexographic or a rotogravure process. CP Soft 160 cannot be used with an
electrostatic spraying system.CP Soft 160 is designed to provide durable softness to a wide range of fibers without compromising their hydrophilic nature.
CP Soft 160 is designed to impart substantial handfeel improvements to facial tissue in particular at low rates of application. This product improves surface smoothness as
well as the flexibility of the web.Application rates in the order of 2 to 5% by weight are typical. CP Soft 160 contains Aloe and vitamin E, two of the most recognized cosmetic ingredients. The product imparts no or little odor change to the tissue. CP Soft 160 will not cause any significant yellowing to the fibers after application which other products have the potential to do.
On request CP Soft 160 can be formulated with other ingredients, such as essential oils or fragrances, as required.
Antibacterial and antiviral compounds can also be included. Special lotions can be developed for the customer based on the properties that are required.
