Softness, both surface smoothness and flexibility is improved. In tissue paper application, this lotion is especially effective on calendered tissue sheets that have already a high softness level.
The product has a low viscosity and can be sprayed when melted
The product will melt at body temperature to provide soothing and hydrating effect to the user.
There is no water in the product, no drying is required and tensile degradation is minimized.In tissue paper process:
High quality lotionized tissue can be difficult to plybond with normally used plybonding wheels. For this kind of situation several solutions can be found: not applying lotion in the plybonding areas, using more aggressive plybonding wheels and higher pressures, plybonding before applying the lotion etc.
Patch testing has been done with tissue treated with the CP Soft 60C lotion to verify if any allergic reaction will develop with tissue treated with the CP Soft 60C. This gives the tissue producer the right to make a claim that the product has been dermatologically tested. The results of patch testing also depend on the tissue paper properties and other ingredients contents, as well as the lotion application system.

CP Soft 60C is a special lotion for application on diapers and tissue paper. It will provide a calming Balm effect for skin. CP Soft 60C is solid at room temperature. Application temperature is 50 - 60oC.
The product is applied without dilution in a converting operation. It is of sufficiently low viscosity to be sprayed or it can be applied through a coating or printing process such as a flexographic or a roto-gravure process. It needs to be kept at 50-60 oC during the application.
Spraying can be done with a completely heated system only. CP Soft 60C does not contain water and therefore less tensile degradation will occur in the fiber. Application of 2 – 5% of undiluted lotion is recommended to produce tissue with Balm beneficial ingredients and soft feel. This product improves surface smoothness as well as flexibility.

Components of CP Soft 60C are not listed in
State of California Environmental Protection Agency office of environmental health hazard assessment safe drinking water and toxic enforcement act of 1986 Chemicals known to the state to cause cancer or reproductive toxicity. Components of CP Soft 60C are not listed in hypoallergenic products formula review prohibited list.

CP Soft 60C is not toxic. If spilt on bare skin wash with soap and water. If the product comes in contact with eyes rinse immediately with plenty of water for at least 15 min and seek medical advice if discomfort persists.

- CP Soft 60C is delivered in 200 liters metal drums. It can also be supplied in 1000 liters totes but will necessitate a special heating cover for proper melting. Containers are non returnable.
