Applications
CR Coat release agents are used as release aids in the rubber industry. The CR Coat line comprises a range of water based compounds. Both silicone and silicone free systems are available. CR Coat compounds are used as hose lubricants, mandrel lubricants and release aids for preform and extruded profiles. CR Coat compounds provide a combination of good release properties, handling characteristics and appearance. CR Coat compounds are applied by spraying, wiping or dipping. The excess material is removed by wipes or blowers. The resulting film of CR Coat compounds dries quickly to provide release in both the uncured and cured state of the rubber parts.
