Chemtool Incorporated CT 100 P is a high performance, non-chlorinated cutting and grinding oil for light to moderate duty machining of ferrous and non-ferrous metals. CT 100 P is formulated using a highly refined paraffinic oil to give good oxidation, and thermal, stability.

Chemtool Incorporated CT 8052 HS is a high performance, non-chlorinated cutting oil. CT 8052 HS has a noncorrosive high performance EP and lubricity package to provide machining capability on a multitude of metals. The use of the CT 8052 HS as both the cutting oil and lube oil assures excellent machinability and eliminates additive dilution on the cutting side.

NUSOL® 22 High Performance is a non-chlorinated metalworking fluid technology recommended for general-purpose machining of both ferrous and non-ferrous alloys. NUSOL 22 High Performance is formulated utilizing a preformed emulsion of very small and stable particle size (average particle size of one micron). This small particle size provides a very durable and uniform lubricant film (based upon synthetic boundary lubricants), enhanced cooling, superior cleanliness, and exceptional hard water stability. The incorporation of this leading-edge PAO technology enables NUSOL 22 High Performance to exhibit superior lubrication comparable to existing synthetic technologies with the advantages of superior surface cleanliness, improved deposit control, and outstanding hydrolytic stability.

Lubricut 4265 an optimum balance of lubricity and detergency for both machine cleanliness and high quality finishes on machined parts. Lubricut 4265 has a unique blend of polymeric lubricants and extreme pressure additives for optimum performance on difficult operations. A special corrosion inhibitor package gives excellent protection against rust and corrosion of gray iron, cast iron, and steel. Lubricut 4265 is stable in both hard and soft water and does not foam. Lubricut 4265 comes packaged as a highly concentrated form.

Lubricut 4215 is a light duty, synthetic coolant formulated for general roll grinding operations on ferrous alloys only. Lubricut 4215 provides an optimum balance of cooling, detergency, corrosion protection, and work-piece visibility for turbulent roll grinding operations. Lubricut 4215 offers low foaming properties in most grinding operations. A special corrosion inhibitor blend offers excellent protection against corrosion and staining of gray iron, cast iron, and ferrous alloys and for freshly ground ferrous surfaces. Lubricut 4215 is stable in both hard and soft water. Lubricut 4215 comes packaged as a highly concentrated form.

Chemtool Incorporated CT AW Hydraulic Oil ISO 68 are formulated from severely hydro processed base stocks with excellent stability. They are rust and oxidation inhibited and contain a special anti-foamant that permits very rapid release of entrained air. They also contain a very effective zinc-type anti-wear agent that helps minimize wear in high pressure hydraulic systems.
