Technical Details & Test Data

Preclinical study onboosting energy and relieving fatigue

A 28-day mousestudy was conducted to investigate the effectiveness of Ilexpower™ on
boosting energy, relieving fatigue and enhancing sport performance :

• SPF mouse, 6-8 weeks old, 9 in each group
• Gavage feeding for 28 days
• On day 20-22, the micewere trained on the treadmill 1 hour after gavage feeding for 15 minutes each day
• On day 23-28, the mice were studied for the running exhaustive tests 1 hour after gavage feeding at the treadmill speed of 18 m/min

Doses : 

• Ilexpower 167mg/kg
• Red Bull 30ml/kg containing caffeine 16.67mg, taurine 41.67mg, lysine 16.67mg, inositol 16.67mg, Vit B6 0.33mg, Vit B1 0.008mg, Vit B3 3.33mg
• Rhodiolaro sea extract (standardized to 3% salidroside) 360 mg/kg

Significant increase in the exhaustive running time for Ilexpower™group compared to normal mice

18.1% increase in quadriceps weight gain for Ilexpower™ group compared to normal mice

41.4% increase in the production of ATP for Ilexpower™ group compared to normal mice

35.7% decrease in the concentration of blood urea nitrogen for Ilexpower™ group compared to normal mice

From these data, Ilexpower™ may help in fighting the fatigue, even is better than Red Bull.
