Water-based Aluminum Paste, specially used for water-based coating.In order to solve the problem of global environmental pollution, water-based products are separated from hydrocarbon solvents/volatile organic compounds, and are discharged through a water-based VOC-free solvent medium through special technology passivation.
Water-based Aluminum Paste are ultra-fine water-based floating aluminum pastes with a specially controlled particle size range in the form of corn flakes, which can be used in water-based coatings and inks. Due to its enhanced blades and high coverage, it can provide a strong and bright metallic effect. Although all measures have been taken to passivate aluminum, the instability of aluminum cannot be completely eliminated in the presence of water. Any changes in the presence of any catalytic material (such as temperature/pressure/pH/iron or iron oxide) will make the system easy to react.
Water-based aluminum paste is an environmentally friendly product, designed for water-based coatings and inks. Although these products contain the necessary passivators, due to the unstable nature of the finely divided aluminum present in the water, care must be taken during the formulation process.

We recommend not to exceed the storage temperature above 35°C and keep the pH of the formulation below 9.
