Snowhite 90 is produced through strict control of process at about 1000 ℃ calcination. In the calcining process, kaolin lost its crystal water and its material morphology changed. The changes in its microscopic shape and surface chemical properties have endowed the product with a series of important properties that serve the paper industry. As a calcined kaolin pigment, it has the advantages of high whiteness, good light scattering performance, fine particles and low abrasion. It can be used as filler and coatings.
