PolyStardone® M is unsurpassed in its performance and versatility as a super disintegrant in formulations. It enables dissolution of the bio-active components as a prerequisite for achieving the desired and required bioavailability. PolyStardone® has good compressibility and fluidity, which can be applied to wet granulation, dry granulation and direct compression technologyAs a super disintegretant, it will not form gel and can effectively improve the disintegration time.

PolyStardone® M

Stardone® K30 is a classic wet binder with optimal balance between adhesive strength and ease of handing. It is the ideal binder in all wet granulation processes by any of the methods like wet addition as granulation solution(binder + solvent), Dry addition as Dry mixture of API and binder, Solvent is added to the dry mix, Combination with Some binder is mixed with the API, and the rest is dissolved in the granulation solution with the preferred choice if the amount of solvent is restricted.

Stardone® K30

Stardone® K25 K30 K90 is a classic wet binder with optimal balance between adhesive strength and ease of handing.
Stardone® K25 K30 K90 is the ideal binder in all wet granulation processes by any of the methods below: 
Wet addition: As granulation solution(binder + solvent) 
Dry addition: Dry mixture of API and binder; Solvent is added to the dry mix 
Combination: Some binder is mixed with the API, and the rest is dissolved in the granulation solution →the preferred choice if the amount of solvent is restricted.

Stardone® VA64 is an excellent direct compression binder. the ultimate tablet binder for all processing technologies. The vinyl acetate component in Stardone®VA64 reduces the hydrophilicity and glass transition temperature (Tg) compared to Povidone K30 of similar molecular weight. Several technologies are available: the preferred direct compression, wet granulation, and dry granulation, as well as hot melt extrusion for poorly soluble drug actives with low bioavailability.
