ICM EM 1624 is a 22% microemulsion designed for water beading and water sheeting automotive applications. This unique microemulsion contains a blend of siloxane polymers and speciality additives. This product provides a durable hydrophobic crosslinked film, enchanced dewater and sheeting effects, high solids content, and is highly dilution stable for car wash and drying applications.
- Use and Cure Information
This microemulsion can be used directly or diluted in water while maintaining pH less than 6, with any common acid, for optimal stability and effectiveness.
- Throughly clean automotive surfaces before use.
- Apply using a foam generating lance or spray bottle.
- For maximum effectiveness alow to dwell for 1-2 minutes.
- Rinse vigorously to activate.
- Repeat applications for increased durability and effectivness.
- Dosage Information
- Dosage - 1: Drying/car wash applications diluted product up to 3000:1
- Dosage - 2: Windshield up to 6% for hand wipes
- Dosage - 3: Total Body Protectant up to 1000:1
