Chufas Bou Horchata ice cream are handcraft ice creams with three different bases: based on fresh grazing milk, water sorbets and the most special ones based on our natural horchata. All the raw materials we use are of the highest quality and certified organic farming. All our organic ice creams are gluten-free, without preservatives, dyes, or artificial flavors. In addition, the ice creams based on organic horchata and the fruit sorbets are also lactose-free and vegan.

Chufas Bou Chufa chopped or laminated is a tiger nuts as an ingredient with a high nutritional value that brings a wide variety of possibilities to gastronomy, beyond the traditional production of horchata. We offer the groundnut in pieces of different granulometry or in thin slices according to the needs of the client.
