It has low VOC, no fumes, low odors, and high solids. It may be used for interior and exterior applications in a wide range of climates. It is excellent at repelling water, provides high UV stability, and will not yellow. It is formulated primarily as a clear seal for applications over concrete restoration projects and pool deck coatings. It is ideal for when a low maintenance, easily cleanable surface is desired. It is environmentally safe, has excellent adhesion, durable, low cost, easy to install, and cleans up with soap and water.

- Turn Off Sprinklers For Two Days Prior To And After.
- Always Protect Neighboring Surfaces Including Wood,
- Carpet, Metal, Landscaping And Other Non-masonry Surfaces.
- Caution: Surface Is Slippery When Wet.
- New Concrete Must Cure For 28 Days Before Sealer Is Apply.
