CLiQFLOW 645VR improves sag resistance and anti-settling behavior and is particularly recommended as single thickener for spray-applied aqueous systems. The product is also used in combination with high-shear thickeners to achieve a balanced flow behavior.
CLiQFLOW 645VR is compatible with most aqueous binder systems used in industrial wood, metal or decorative coatings.

CLiQFLOW 645VR is typically added as deliveredat any production stage. In sensitive formulation it may be recommended to add the product into the mill-base.
The optimum loading level should be determined for each system using a loading ladder study. A levelbetween 0.1 –1.0 %on total is typically required to achieve the required properties.
CLiQFLOW 645VR shows excellent compatibility with all kind of aqueous binders and can be combined with a variety of thickeners to fine-tune the systems properties.
