CLiQFLOW LP provides a controlled shear thinning flow behavior to non-aqueous formulations. It improves storage stability, like anti-settling behavior and provides an excellent sag resistance.
CLiQFLOW LP requires high activation shear-forces and is typically processed through a pre-gel preparation stage.

CLiQFLOW LP is best incorporatedinto the final formulation using the pre-gel technology. It is recommended to use an organoclayconcentration of 5-10% by weight and to use a polar activator like ethanol/water, acetone/water, propylene carbonate etc. to enhance the product efficiency.
CLiQFLOW LP canalso be added into the high-shear grinding stage of pigments and extenders, depending on the production conditions and nature of polar activatorused.
The required loading level depends strongly on the nature of the system and performance requirements. A startinglevel of 0.2 –0.5% is recommended.
