CLiQSMART 1015 is easy to incorporate and shows an excellent balance between compatibility and defoaming efficiency. It can be applied in the grinding as well as in the let-down stage of a manufacturing process.

CLiQSMART 1015 requires some incorporation shear andcan be applied in both the grinding and let-down stage of a manufacturing process. In most cases the defoamer addition is split between the grinding and let-down stage. A loading level between 0.1-0.6% on total is typically sufficient to achieve the desired defoaming effect. The optimum loading level should be determined for each system individually.
CLiQSMART 1015 is compatible with most aqueous binders used for mid-to-high pvc latex paints and emulsion based plasters. However, it is suggested to evaluatethe compatibility of the product in each individual formulation.
