CPD’s unique coating capabilities provide our customers specialized non-linered print media that is better for the environment and a safer alternative in the workplace. Our proprietary Stik-Withit® repositionable adhesives are included in CPD’s coated adhesive products. Stik-Withit® adhesives are water-based and when combined with FSC® certified papers, offering a clean solution for your printing needs. Specializing in liner free and silicone free products. CPD however is not limited to just coating adhesives. Having the ability to coat three different coatings at once; we can apply adhesives, top coatings, primers or barrier coatings all in one, efficient economical pass. Currently, CPD delivers high performance pre-coated Stik-Withit® adhesive rolls to customers in 34 countries around the world.

Coated Products Division Linerless Label Stock 60# Semi-Gloss is a bright white labelstock with an acrylic microsphere repositionable adhesive. This product is linerless and self-wound using a non-silcone release agent. They are printable with water-based and UV flexo.

Coated Products Division Linerless Label Stock 50# Offset is an offset self-wound white or canary yellow 50# offset paper coated with acrylic microsphere adhesive on one side and non-silicone release coating on the opposite side. Label material can be overprinted by flexco, inkjet and thermal transfer.

Coated Products Division Repositionable Label Stock Semi-Gloss(facestock) is a 89 gsm Semi-gloss coated paper with low tack repositionable microsphere adhesive formulated to adhere to newsprint and most paper surfaces. Whereas REPOSITIONABLE LABEL STOCK SEMI-GLOSS LINER BASE (RELEASE) is a 64 gsm super calendared kraft liner (SCK) used for die cutting and high speed auto-dispensing.
