Chassis: The substrate to be treated must be intact and suitable for painting. Broken bricks, slabs, bushings and other roof structures such as the underlayment
must be repaired or replaced before painting.
Purifying: The roof to be painted is thoroughly cleaned thoroughly by pressure washing or other suitable method. Washing should remove all
dirt, grease, oil and other debilitating factors before painting. If necessary, tightly attached crops can be pre-treated with NowoClea.
Painting
Before painting, make sure that the substrate to be painted is completely dry and clean. Ensure the suitability and sales of the product to the object to be
painted with a small painting of the test area. Check that the conditions are suitable for application. Reserve the required amount of paint and mix the products
well before use. It is recommended to mix two different batches of paint.
Reserve the required amount of primer and mix the product well before use (the product should not be thinned). Apply NowoUni-primer by a suitable method, either
with a high-pressure sprayer, brush or roller, to the entire surface to be treated. The product is applied as a single application to the surface to be treated. The
product should not be diluted with water. The product is touch dry within about an hour and can be processed further. NowoUni Primer should always be
overcoated with NowoCoat or NowoRub within 72 hours.
Drying
NowoUni Primer is a fast drying coating under normal conditions (+20 ° C and below 80% humidity). The product is touch dry after about 1 hour and can be painted on and rainproof after about 2 hours. Note that the relative humidity, temperature, and wind speed of the air have a significant effect on the drying rate.
Cleaning of tools
Wash tools immediately with soap and water.

Do not allow to enter drains, water courses or soil. Liquid paint waste is delivered to a hazardous waste collection point. Empty and dry
packaging should be taken for recycling or mixed waste.
Storage & Handling
- Handling Conditions
The surface to be painted must be dry and warmer than the surrounding air. During the application and drying period the temperature of the ambient air, the surface to be coated and the paint shall be above + 5 ° C and the relative humidity of the air below 80%. The relative humidity, temperature, and wind speed of the air have a significant effect on the drying rate. The surface temperature must not exceed + 40 ° C, so that the solvent does not evaporate too quickly, pores form on the paint surface, adhesion decreases, bubbles appear, etc. Schedule the painting work so that the paint film has time to dry before any evening dew settles.
