DRAGON’S BLOOD contains no added preservatives, petroleum based ingredients or animal by-products.

Main components:

• Proanthocyanidins: Polyphenols (bioflavonoids). Powerful antioxidants. They facilitate wound healing. In vitro tests have shown that they are more efficient than vitamin E, and even more efficient than vitamin C.
• Taspine: Anti-inflammatory and healing action.
• Lignans: Dimethylcedrusine, has shown to speed healing four times faster; pigments and flavonoids: they influence the endogenous defense mechanisms in the skin, potentially modulating the response to environmental agents, such as UVR.

Properties

 

1. DRAGON'S BLOOD participates in key control processes in 8 of the 9 molecular marks of cellular aging regulating the expression of microRNAs.
2. CICATRIZANT: Thanks to its high taspine and polyphenols content, it stimulates the formation of scabs regenerating the skin faster, and stimulating the production of collagen and the fibroblasts migration.
3. ANTI-INFLAMM'AGING: Reduces the inflammation process by decreasing the synthesis of pro-inflammatory cytokines.
4. ANTI-POLLUTION: Stimulates the synthesis of antioxidant defense genes such as: GPX2 (Glutathione peroxidase 2), ALDH3B1, AKR1C2. These genes are involved in the detoxification of hydrocarbons.
5. IMMUNOSTIMULATOR: It improves the skin’s barrier function by stimulating the synthesis of Tight-junctions, key proteins in the conservation of the skin’s natural immunity.
6. NATURAL MOISTURIZER: Stimulates the synthesis of aquaporin 3.
