Cola®Det OKC-40 is ideal for formulators seeking organic certification who plan to label their products as “Made with Organic…” and be in certified compliance with the National Organic Program (7CFR Part 205). Cola®Det OKC-40 is derived from 70% or greater raw ingredients and is processed to meet the Certified Organic requirements. Cola®Det OKC-40 is a pure potassium cocoate soap that exhibits excellent flash foam, good color and low odor. Cola®Det OKC-40 is biodegradable, made from natural and renewable resources, and preservative-free – making it ideal for natural formulations, including high-lathering soaps and cost-effective cleansers.

Cola®Teric SC is a biodegradable amphoteric surfactant for cleaning applications at both high and low pH. This high-foaming hydrotrope provides superior cleaning performance over a majority of amphoteric surfactants. In addition to industrial and institutional cleaning, the mildness of Cola®Teric SC makes it a good fit for household and personal care applications.

Cola®Moist 200 is a highly ionized water soluble compound that enhances water bonding structures. It is highly hygroscopic at all humidities, attracting and binding water extremely effectively, and provides a higher humidity protective gradient on both skin and hair, to enhance miniaturization. This product is especially recommended for skin care, hair care, sun care, health care, and makeup products.

Suga®Det Mild is a mild, naturally-derived concentrated blend of sulfate-free surfactants for use as a base for personal care cleansing products. This blend is free of ethoxylates (1,4-dioxane), alcohols, diethanolamides, lauryl sulfates, laureth sulfates, parabens, and formaldehyde. Suga®Det Mild features Suga®Nate 160NC, Colonial’s 100% natural APG-based surfactant that offers high foam and unparalleled mildness. The remaining surfactant ingredients in the blend are also derived from natural, renewable resources.

Cola®Teric is a coco-betaine made from a natural cocoamine source. It is functional in industrial and household formulations as well as personal care products. This product is soluble in both acid and alkaline pH. This biodegradable, high foamer is an excellent choice for formulating “green” products.

Cola® Det DEF-61 is a betaine-free surfactant blend with 40% solids designed for liquid mild cleansing formulations such as shampoos, liquid hand soaps, facial and body washes, and feminine products. Cola®Det DEF-61 contains no betaines, sulfates, Diethanolamine (DEA), Ethylene Oxide (EO)/1,4-Dioxane and is shipped preservative-free. Cola® Det DEF-61 builds thick, creamy foam volume with eff ective viscosity response to salt. The concentrate is cold mixable and off ers ease of handling for transport, storage and mixing considerations.

Cola®Teric CAB is a high performance amphoteric surfactant that is stable over a wide pH range. It is compatible with anionic, nonionic and cationic surfactants. The properties of Cola®Teric CAB are not affected by hard water. Cola®Teric CAB exhibits high foaming even in high electrolyte solutions and is stable in 20% sodium hydroxide solution when solubilized with small amounts of hydrotropes. Cola®Teric CAB, made from a whole coconut source, is one of the mildest co-surfactants used for personal care applications and is glycerin-free and preservative-free.

Cola®Mulse PCMX is a 100% active, non-ionic product designed to quickly incorporate chloroxylenol (PCMX) into liquid hand soaps for anti-microbial claims. PCMX is a highly ef-fective broad-spectrum antimicrobial and preservative used to inhibit bacteria, fungi and mold growth. The unique combination of PEG-8 Laurate and Laureth-4 permits Cola®Mulse PCMX to be easily cold mixed into any fi nished product. Unlike other concen-trates, Cola®Mulse PCMX does not contain any drying alcohol and does not have a fl ashpoint. The ingredients used to solubilize the PCMX can also help incorporate fragrances in highly anionic formulas.

Cola®Lux O2 is an amine oxide that provides excellent viscosity building, foam stability and moderate foam boosting. Cola®Lux O2 is compatible with most surfactants and will not hydrolyze in acid or alkaline systems due to the absence of amide or ester groups. Used in low concentrations, Cola®Lux O2 provides a silky feel to body washes, liquid hand soaps and other skin cleansers. Cola®Lux O2 may also function as a viscosity builder and an anti-static agent. Cola®Lux O2 is shipped preservative-free.

Cola®Teric 2C is a coco imidazoline-derived dicarboxylic acid amphoteric. It is one of mildest amphoteric surfactants of its class, provides a moderate lather and cleans without removing dermal lipids from the skin to give a rich, conditioning effect. Cola®Teric 2C is stable over a wide pH range and useful for institutional cleaners. Cola®Teric 2C is ideal for use in a wide range of cosmetic applications, including shampoos, hand and facial cleaners, baby wipes, and bath products.

Cola®Det L116N is is a mild, non-alkanolamide, high-foaming concentrate. It displays multifunctional properties including good detergency and high foaming even at low active levels. Cola®Det L116N generates excellent viscosity and is ideal for use in non-alkanolamide shampoos, bath products, skin cleansers, and light-duty laundry detergents.

Cola®Liquid SCMPA is a easy-to-use liquid cold-mix amide blend that is betaine-free. No heating is required for your formulation – simply use it as you would any liquid ingredient at room temperature into clear products. This product can also be used to solubilize fragrances into formulations. Cola®Liquid SCMPA boosts and stabilizes foam in a wide variety of personal care products and quickly builds viscosity with sodium chloride.

Poly Suga®Glycinate L is made from alkylpolyglucosides which themselves are derived from coconut oil and corn syrup. This product are naturally derived from renewable vegatable resources that are fully biodegradable. It is designed to be used in combination with high foaming surfactants such as sodium laurylglucosides hydroxypropyl sulfonate to make non-irritating personal care cleansing products.

Cola® Det DEF-25 is an anionic/nonionic/amphoteric surfactant blend. This DEA-free synergistic blend of surfactants provides great foaming and viscosity building in an easy-to-use blend. Upon dilution, Cola® Det DEF-25 can be used in a variety of applications such as shampoos and bath products with a suggested usage of 10% to 40%.

Cola®Teric CDB is derived from natural fatty acids. It is a mild, unique secondary surfactant that can improve the viscosity response of sulfate-free and conventional anionic surfactant systems. Cola®Teric CDB is formulated for cold processing and easy handling and can also be used as a primary surfactant, foam booster or static control agent. Cola®Teric CDB is compatible with anionic, nonionic and cationic surfactants.

Cola®Teric LMB is a high foaming amphoteric surfactant that displays higher foaming and viscosity building properties versus traditional cocamidopropyl betaines in shampoos, skin cleansers, and other mild personal care products. This product foams well, even in high electrolyte solutions. In cosmetic formulations, it shows a marked increase in viscosity along with increased flash foam when formulated with anionic surfactants. It is also valuable in bubble bath formulations where mildness, lime soap dispersing properties, and viscosity building characteristics are necessary.

Cola® Det DEF-35 is a high-active liquid pearling agent designed for easy dispersibility at ambient temperatures. Cola® Det DEF-35 is used in pearlescent cosmetic surfactant preparations, particularly for DEA free formulations, and forms an elegant pearl in all liquid personal care formulations. It is added slowly to the batch with moderate agitation to obtain attractive pearlescence and stability. The amount of use will vary from 3-12% based on the pearl effect desired.

Cola® Det DEF-15 is an anionic/nonionic/amphoteric blend sodium salt. Colonial Chemical’s Cola® Det DEF surfactant concentrates are produced completely DEA/MEA free which generate high viscosity at low solids and produce products that can be built over a wide viscosity range. Elegant and complete products can be easily created that are DEA free with simple addition of perfume, color and other minor ingredients. Cola® Det DEF-15 is designed to give the formulator an easy starting point for the creation of personal care products with luxuriant foam and good rinsing.

Cola®Carb TDC is a mild anionic surfactant with good hard water tolerance. It thus improves the storage stability of amphoteric formulations, and can be used in combination with all ionic classes of surfactants. This product has applications in personal care and industrial formulations.

Cola®Teric CBS is an amphoteric surfactant in the sultaine class. It exhibits outstanding surface activity, wetting, foaming, and compatibility in a wide variety of applications. Due to its amphoteric nature, this product is compatible with cationic, anionic, and nonionic surfactants. The compatibility and stability of formulations containing Cola®Teric CBS are maintained over a broad pH range.

Cola®Moist 300P is a polymeric, highly ionized water-soluble compound that enhances water-binding structures. It is hygroscopic at all humidities, attracting and binding water extremely effectively, and provides a higher humidity protective gradient to enhance moisturization on both skin and hair. Its hydrating properties limit water evaporation and serve to retain moisture. Its performance benefits are due to both strong ionic binding and hydrogen bonding within the humectant film matrix.

Cola®Teric LHS is a fatty alkyl amphoteric surfactant in the sultaine class. It is a high foaming, biodegradable surfactant that is compatible with virtually all other surfactants. It demonstrates excellent stability in both extreme acid and alkaline formulations and very stable in both acid and alkali formulations and can be solubilized at 2-3% in 30- 40% caustic soda solutions. Cola®Teric LHS is a unique foaming surfactant successfully used in sulfate-free and PEG-free formulations in industrial, household and hair and body care applications.

Cola® Det DEF-20 is an anionic/nonionic/amphoteric blend sodium salt. Colonial Chemical’s Cola®Det DEF surfactant concentrates are produced completely DEA/MEA free which generate high viscosity at low solids and produce products that can be built over a wide viscosity range. Cola®Teric CBS-HP is a glycerin-free amphoteric surfactant in the sultaine class. It exhibits outstanding surface activity, wetting, foaming, and compatibility in a wide variety of applications. Due to its amphoteric nature, Cola®Teric CBS-HP is compatible with cationic, anionic, and nonionic surfactants. The compatibility and stability of formulations containing Cola®Teric CBS-HP are maintained over a broad pH range.

Cola® Det DEF-26 is a betaine-free anionic/nonionic/amphoteric surfactant blend. This DEA and MEA-free synergistic blend of surfactants is a high active surfactant base developed specially for use in the preparation of hair shampoos and skin cleanser systems. Cola® Det DEF-26 is an easy-to-use blend that readily yields high-foaming, completely formulated products with simple water dilution. Viscosity of the final formulation can then easily be adjusted with precise electrolyte additions.

Cola® Det DEF-20P is an anionic/nonionic/amphoteric blend sodium salt. Colonial Chemical’s Cola® Det DEF surfactant concentrates are produced completely DEA/MEA free which generate high viscosity at low solids and produce products that can be built over a wide viscosity range. Elegant and complete products can be easily created that are DEA free with simple addition of perfume, color and other minor ingredients. Cola® Det DEF-20P is a pearlized version of Cola® Det DEF-20 designed for personal care formulations that are pH 5.0 to 6.5 and an easy starting point for the creation of many products.

Suga®Det Pearl is a concentrated dispersion of pearlizing compounds designed to be free of sulfates and ethylene oxide. The primary dispersant is derived from alkylpolyglucoside, a renewable resource that is non-petroleum based. Suga®Det Pearl can turn clear formulations to pearlized by cold mixing at 2% - 6%. Higher use results in a dense, creamy background with a sparkling pearlescent effect, while lower concentrations provide a cloudy finish if required.

Poly Suga®Glycinate C is a high quality betaine derived from natural and "green" starting materials. It has no odor and will not add unwanted color to formulations. It is designed to be used in combination with high foaming surfactants to make non-irritating personal care cleansing products. Used in personal care formulations, the resulting foam is dense and has great stability. This product is an excellent choice for shaving creams, mousses, and other dense foam formulations.

Cola®Terge APDC is a cost effective, 100% active, liquid detergent concentrate that can be readily diluted and modified to develop a wide range of low cost, yet high performance household and industrial products. Cola®Terge APDC contributes high foaming, detergency, low irritation and excellent hard water tolerance. It is ideal for use in hand soaps, all purpose cleaners, and solvent cleaners.

Cola®Teric LAB70 UP is a high-foaming amphoteric surfactant that is compatible with anionic, nonionic, cationic and other amphoteric surfactants. Cola®Teric LAB70 UP is based on a renewable vegetable lipid and is biodegradable. It is stable over a wide pH range and provides the formulator with a flexible ingredient for use in many personal care and industrial formulations. Cola®Teric LAB70 UP contains no solvents or VOCs and is shipped unpreserved. Cola®Teric LAB70 UP exhibits a high viscosity build when used with traditional anionics. Cola®Teric LAB70 UP is useful in personal care products under both high and low pH conditions. It features exceptional mildness and exhibits modest conditioning action in hair shampoos, conditioner and skin cleansers. Household cleaning formulations can benefit from the superior coupling performance for improved detergency, foam stabilizing and ingredient compatibility. At 10% active, Cola®Teric LAB70 UP exhibits very low toxicity, causes minimal eye irritation and is not considered a primary dermal irritant.

Cola®Teric 2C-LV is a coco imidazoline-de- rived dicarboxylic acid amphoteric. Cola®Teric 2C-LV is a low viscosity process modification of Cola®Teric 2C that allows for handling without the need for heat and permits cold mix formulations - and easier to empty from containers. It is more versatile and tolerant of other additives permitting greater formulation latitude. Cola®Teric 2C-LV is ideal for use in a wide range of cosmetic applications.

Cola®Mid LM-73 is a mixed dimethanolamide designed to provide optimum viscosity building properties, while exhibiting good, dense foaming properties and foam stability. It also exhibits lubricity and conditioning characteristics and is an excellent emulsifier for various oils. This product is useful in bath gels, gel shampoos, liquid soaps, and facial cleansers.

Lauramidopropyl Hydroxysultaine​. Cola®Teric LMHS is compatible with anionic, nonionic, amphoteric and cationic surfactants. When compared to lauramidopropyl betaine, Cola®Teric LMHS exhibits excellent dispersing, emulsifying, antistatic characteristics and better flash foam and viscosity building capacity with lauryl sulfates and alpha olefin sulfonates. Cola®Teric LMHS is stable over a broad pH range in both hard and soft water with excellent lime soap dispersing properties. Cola®Teric LMHS is fully biodegradable.

Cola® Det DEF-60 is a surfactant blend with 40% solids designed for liquid mild cleansing formulations such as shampoos, liquid hand soaps, facial and body washes, and feminine products. Cola® Det DEF-60 contains no sulfates, Diethanolamine (DEA), Ethylene Oxide (EO)/1,4-Dioxane and is shipped preservative free. Cola® Det DEF-60 builds high, creamy foam volume with eff ective viscosity response to salt. The concentrate offers cold mixability and ease of handling for transport, storage and mixing considerations.

Cola®Liquid BL is an easy-to-use liquid cold-mix version of Lauramide MIPA. That means there’s no heating required for the Lauramide MIPA in formulation – it can be used just like any liquid ingredient at room temperature into clear products. This product can also be used to solubilize fragrances into formulations.
