- Processing Procedure
- Substrate preparation (requires a cohesive grease-free substrate)
- Thorough mixing of the varnish
- Dilution of the varnish with Corodur thinner to the penetration consistency
- Possible applications: brush, roller, air gun, airless. The varnish is applied so that it penetrates the substrate as much as possible and creates an even, solid film.
- Recommended dry film thickness: 30 - 50 microns
- The paint cures with air humidity at temperatures above 0 ° C. The next layer of paint film can be applied after 3 - 6 hours at the earliest.
- The varnish is not separately intended for exposure to the weather (except for decorative coatings), so it is combined with top coats or enamels.
- Keep unused paint free of air and moisture. Clean the application aids continuously, after curing the varnish is difficult to remove
