Steel structures, handling equipment, machines, external surfaces of tanks, castings, etc. designed especially for heavier corrosive environments (C4, C5-I)
- Processing Procedure
- Substrate preparation (requires a dry, clean primer, eg Corodur)
- Thorough mixing of the paint
- Dilute the paint (if required by the application) with Corodur thinner
- Possible applications: brush, roller, air gun, airless. The paint is applied to form an even, solid paint film.
- Recommended dry film thickness: 60-100 microns
- The paint cures with air humidity at temperatures above 0 ° C. The next layer of paint film can be applied after 3 - 6 hours at the earliest.
- The base paint is not intended for exposure to the weather, therefore it is combined with top paints or enamels. Suitable top coats are, for example, HODOPUR enamels.

Keep unused paint free of air and moisture. Clean application aids continuously, after curing the paint is difficult to remove.
