Steel structures, racks, boxes, containers, castings, masts, columns, external parts of tanks, agricultural machinery, etc.
- Processing Procedure
- Substrate preparation (requires a dry, clean and cohesive substrate, preferably without signs of corrosion)
- Thorough mixing of the paint, remove any crust beforehand
- Dilute the paint (if required by the application) with Hodisol thinner
- Possible applications: brush, roller, air gun, airless. The paint is applied to form an even, solid paint film. It is advisable to apply one extra coat of paint on the edges and the sharp surface profile.
- Recommended dry film thickness: 80 - 120 microns
- The paint dries in air at temperatures above 5 ° C. The next layer of paint film can be applied after 4 hours at the earliest.
