Commercial vehicles, agricultural and handling equipment, boxes, racks and counters in food applications (white), machine tools, etc.
- Processing Procedure
- Substrate preparation (requires dry and clean substrate)
- Thorough mixing of enamel, preparation of application mixture (hardener Hodopur - TR 00, 4: 1 wt.)
- After mixing (hardening) the paint with a hardener, the so-called life of the mixture begins to run, for which it is necessary to process it. After this time, the mixture is unusable.
- Dilution of email with Hodopur thinner
- Possible applications: brush, roller, air gun. The enamel is applied to create an even, solid paint film.
- Recommended dry film thickness: 60 - 80 microns in two layers (30-40 microns / 1 layer)
- Enamel is applied at temperatures above 5°C
- Enamel is combined with basic colors (eg Hodopur, Hodepox, etc.)
