Comco Powerglide is a modified polyamide type that is created especially for construction parts demanding enhanced gliding and durability properties to ensure long-term functionality. Compared to metal, this material has the advantage of reduced weight. Comco Powerglide displays superior tribological qualities compared to unfilled plastics. For customers seeking the gliding properties of PE 1000 coupled with the wear resistance and high mechanical rigidity of polyamide, Comco Powerglide is the optimal material. Applications include gliding and bearing elements, wear plates and rollers subject to high pressure in all fields of machine construction, crane construction and conveyor technology. Curve guides, cog wheels and sprocket wheels are further examples of possible uses. The standard color of Comco Powerglide is green, with further colors available on demand.

Comco PA6G OL is modified by incorporating a hybrid lubricant, which is distributed in the raw material in the form of microscopic droplets. This material is especially efficient in preventing the stick-slip phenomenon. It is perfectly suited to slow-moving unlubricated elements. Applications include bearing sleeves, leads and curve guides. Standard Comco PA6C OL is available in black and yellow, with further colors available on demand.
