Consultant Lubricants 2619 Stamping Compound formula contains non-hazardous elements to provide boundary lubrication and extreme pressure (EP) effects which mean exceptional tool and die life and eliminates galling. The low temperature lubricity additives provide additional protection on latter stage progressive dies where other lubricants dissipate and allow galling. The water phase provides exceptional cooling on punches and high heat areas of the tools and die. 2619 Stamping Compound reduces mist in high cycling and progressive applications. It contains non-staining additives for all types of alloys and metals. Its unique additive components target high lubricity areas on soft metals. It provides excellent corrosion protection and the residue does not “gum up” on and around the die.

Consultant Lubricants 3225 Food Grade Lubricant is a proprietary formula designed to replace petroleum wax when used in food grade electrostatic lubricant applications. It is formulated for use in operations including shell, draw/redraw, or when converting shells to “full pull” easy open ends. This product is liquid at room temperature and easily accepts (and holds) a charge to provide atomized particles the greatest velocity and adhesion to the substrate.

Consultant Lubricants 1274 Food Grade Lubricant is designed to provide corrosion protection on parts or equipment that requires H1 Food Grade Certification. This synthetic food-grade lubricant is highly effective, surpassing traditional mineral oil-based alternatives. It reduces the risk for end-product contamination while achieving better equipment performance with our food-grade canning lubricant.

Consultant Lubricants 8190 Stamping Compound is a unique blend of high performance lubricity and extreme pressure nanotechnology additives. It is designed for the most difficult drawings and forming operations. 8190 Stamping Compound utilizes a moderate viscosity base oil to provide film strength and ease of application simultaneously. When drawing, the product provides hydrodynamic interface for lighter duty jobs. As pressures continue to rise, lubricity additives are active to allow material flow. As die pressures continue to increase, active nanotechnology compounds react with heat forming new interfaces and allowing the material to continue to flow and prevent cold welding of material to the die.

Consultant Lubricants 3139 Stamping Compound is a well known product for their applications in forming, light stamping, blanking etc. Once dried they leave behind a clear, thin rust protective film. 3139 contains a unique additive to reduce misting which frequently occurs in high speed press operations.

The Consultant Lubricants 3900-FTH Stamping Compound is formulated for extreme forming operations without the use of oil. It is recommended for use on heavy duty drawing and forming operations. A unique benefit of the 3900 Series is the ability to perform difficult operations and eliminate the need to wash parts prior to welding. It will provide antispatter protection to the part and assists as a flux during the welding process. The 3900 Series is completely stable both in concentrate and after water dilution. It washes off easily and is compatible with pretreatment systems, thus, extending bath life. The 3900 Series is also treated with metal deactivators to provide corrosion protection after the operation. Operators benefit from this product as it is safe and “runs clean”. 3900 performs well at higher dilutions than standard lubricants. The 3900 Series Advanced Formula Metal Stamping Nano-Emulsion is an oil-free lubricant that has been developed to meet the demands of the full spectrum of metal stampers. This product has been proven in a full range of stamping operations. Through the utilization of nanotechnology, this remarkable formula activates at the molecular level under extreme pressure and heat to provide a continual interface between tool and part. Consultant Lubricants 7500 Stamping Compound was developed for heat shield stamping operations for the automotive industry. Intended for use on aluminum, stainless steel, and aluminized steel materials formed over glass insulation. 7500 is a single, high performing stamping lubricant with the ability to form interfaces when forming heat shields as well as activating under heat and pressure to resist galling and die wear when forming stainless and aluminized steel. 7500 is safe and will not attack machine components. 7500’s low residue film eliminates excess oil from the part through evaporation, minimizing wicking or smoking risk. Unique high lubricity synthetic additives provide optimum interface forming with minimal residue.
