Vuldra 5580 is a water soluble drawing and stamping fluid based on natural and synthetic ester technology. It was designed to replace neat oils used to draw and stamp carbon and stainless steel alloys. The unique combination of boundary lubrication and non-chlorinated extreme pressure additives provides excellent surface finishes even in the most demanding operations. Vuldra 5580 is a clean product that is easily removed by both mildly alkaline and alkaline cleaners.

Vanishing Oil 6370 is designed for light and medium duty blanking, stamping, very shallow draws and fin forming. The light oily film evaporates in 10 to 20 minutes, depending on the environment, leaving a clean surface. Vanishing Oil 6370 is compatible with all metals including aluminum, copper, stainless steel, brass, mild steel (1010, 1008) and silicone steel alloys.

Vuldra 4915 is a heavy duty oil formulated for extrusion, deep drawing, fine blanking and difficult stamping operations on stainless steel, low carbon steel and exotic alloys. Parts are left clean with no varnishing even under high heat operations.

J-Cut 9187 was specifically developed for Swiss type high performance screw machines. The low viscosity of J-Cut 9187 allows it to effectively penetrate between the tool and work piece interface providing excellent surface finishes and tool life. This product is extremely high performance and is easily capable of performing gun drilling and form tapping on stainless as well as carbon steel.

Cutrite 3900 is a micro emulsion fluid engineered for machining and grinding a wide variety of metals including cast iron, steel, stainless steel and most aluminum alloys. J-Cut MO-240-EP is a heavy duty lubricant formulated for the machining and sawing of ferrous and non-ferrous metals. Based on renewable resources, J-Cut MO-240-EP is biodegradable and essentially non-toxic.

FBO 67LG is a heavy duty oil developed for fine blanking heavy gage steel and stainless steel alloys. The combination of boundary lubrication and extreme pressure additives extends die life and provides excellent surface finishes even in the most demanding operations. The low density of FBO 67LG allows it to work well with oil/water separators that are connected washer systems. The product is easily removed with alkaline and mildly alkaline cleaners

DuraSyn Grind is a chlorine-free, high performance grinding oil based on synthetic base oil.
