Our Xanthan Gums stabilize emulsions up to 8 times better than a standard xanthan gum at the same concentration. They also offer an excellent impact on sensory profiles without causing any sticky feeling. The well characterized Xanthan Gums are suitable in pH-ranges from 3-11 and tolerant against salts, detergents as well as alcohols. Our all-natural Konjac Gum shows an outstanding viscosity yield up to 3 times higher than xanthan gums and also impresses with a smooth and soft texture on the skin.
