The FINIGARD line from COVENTYA is a comprehensive collection of products designed to enhance corrosion resistance and control coefficient of friction for some of the most challenging zinc and zinc alloy fastener applications in the world.

FINIGARD

FINIGARD 301 is a water based, PUD Sealer for Chrome (III) passivated, Zinc- and Zinc-alloy electroplated surfaces. It was developed to meet the demands of the automotive, window fitting and construction industry. It provides increased corrosion protection and improved optical appearance. The iridescence of passivated surfaces can be effectively reduced, leading to a homogeneous color tone and appearance.

FINIGARD 111 is a specially formulated organo-mineral liquid concentrate. It is used to impart increased corrosion protection and torque tension modification to parts processed with COVENTYA FINIDIP or LANTHANE conversion coatings. Developed to meet the demands of the automotive industry, FINIGARD 111 protects Zinc and Zinc alloy finishes against corrosion in a variety of environments. The process is suitable for bulk electroplating applications and can be used in conjunction with hexavalent chromates or trivalent passivates.

FINIGARD 469 is designed to protect passivated zinc and zinc alloys against corrosion in a variety of environments. It has been developed to reinforce the anti-corrosion properties of CrIII passivations on zinc and zinc alloys for the automotive industry.

FINIGARD 105 is a specially formulated organo-mineral liquid concentrate. It is used to impart increase corrosion protection and torque tension modification to parts processed with Coventya FINIDIP or LANTHANE conversion coatings. Developed to meet the demands of the automotive industry, FINIGARD 105 protects zinc and zinc alloy finishes against corrosion in a variety of environments.

The top-coat is used to impart increased corrosion protection to parts processed with coventya finidip or lanthane conversion coatings. It is designed to protect zinc and zinc alloy finishes against corrosion in a variety of environments, such as the hostile conditions found in engine compartments and on automotive exteriors.
