"Welcome to CRI-SIL Silicone Technologies! Above is our guiding philosophy that we have built our company on since its foundation in 1994. Since then we have continued to be a leader in custom silicone compounding by providing high-quality, state-of-the-art HCR Silicone or Fluorosilicone and Silicone RTV compounds to a wide range of fabricators. These fabricators serve a multitude of different industries to include, but not limited to, the following: automotive, aerospace, electrical, consumer, roller, and healthcare. Leading our company since its inception are our founders and owners Mark S. Stevens, CEO, and Michael J. Hirschy, President. Their goal since the beginning was to provide a company that focused on quality, technical capability and relationships with our customer base and suppliers. At the beginning they focused primarily on tolling silicone bases for GE Silicones. All the while starting the development of a customer centric focused client service and technical specialists with the goal of building a mutual beneficial partnership. In 1995 the partners saw the need to push the envelope to success in the custom compound arena by achieving ISO accreditation. Since that day we have continually strived and succeeded in holding our ISO accreditation with ISO’s latest most compressive ISO9001 revisions. Business expanded rapidly and in 1996 a move from the original CRI-SIL 3,100 square foot leased facility in Kennebunk, Maine was needed. This need was met with a purchase of a larger 34,000 square foot owned facility in Biddeford Maine. This new site allowed the company to the expand in 2002 into RTV and LSR liquid mixing. The culmination of these creating one of the largest and longest standing independent silicone suppliers in North America."
