CLI4161 is a solventless, low viscosity, two component, polyurethane casting system, specifically designed for casting transformers, coils and electronic components. This product is especially suitable for encapsulating low and middle voltage power and instrument transformers where cushioning of the core is not practical. The cured product has excellent thermal shock resistance.

CLR1190 is an exceptionally tough epoxy casting system with excellent low temperature thermal and mechanical shock resistance.

CLH6441 is a filled, room temperature cure, two component epoxy system. The system is suitable for potting and encapsulating electrical and electronic components. The products use of non-abrasive filler and convenient mix ratio makes it suitable for processing in automatic dispense equipment. This product is certified with ul and passes ul94-v1 flammability testing.

CLH6230 is a semi-flexible epoxy casting system. This product was specifically developed for potting/casting of electrical and electronic components. The long pot life of the material makes it suitable for large mass castings or heat induced curing with minimal stress. Product passes Ul 94-Hb In-house flammability testing. for a softer system, Clr 350 is recommended. using the same cure schedule, Clr 3516, a black version of Clr 3517, passed class B, 130C. when tested to Ul 1446.

CLH6010 is a low stress, extremely tough casting compound which was developed for casting low voltage bushings and insulators.

CLR1329 is a two component heat cured epoxy casting system. The cured product is suitable for outdoor applications. The product passes accelerated in-house ultraviolet testing without chalking. The product passes in-house ul 94-hb flammability testing.

XRD1018 is a two component, room temperature cure semi-flexible, flame retardant, epoxy system. The system was developed for potting/casting of electrical and electronic components. its use of non-abrasive fillers and convenient 1 to 1 ratio by volume, make it ideal for use in machine dispensing equipment. This product meets ul94-v0 in house flammability testing.
