Cutting and Grinding Fluids CG 4555 is a straight oil rust preventative and does not contain any solvent in the formulation. It is an ideal choice when spraying agricultural or construction equipment and any indoor parts which may require an oily film. CG 4555 is considered a low VOC product and may help with facilities looking to decrease their carbon footprint.

Cutting and Grinding Fluids CG 4230 is a rust preventative formulated to protect parts stored indoors for up to 1 year. The product has good water displacing characteristics (CG 4230 will rapidly separate from water and displace moisture from metal surfaces after machining operations or after alkali cleaning), is non-staining, and is practically odorless. CG 4230 is a solvent cutback which works by depositing a thin, transparent, polar film over the parts after the solvent evaporates. The coating is not easily fractured and possesses residual protective characteristics, even if part of the compound is wiped or rubbed from the metal surface. Due to surface-active characteristics in CG 4230, the coating will creep over uneven or unclean surfaces to insure a continuous film. It can thus be used on porous metals and parts with deep crevices, insuring 100% coverage.

Cutting and Grinding Fluids CG 4696 is a higher flash point, solvent blended rust preventative. The product is formulated for the indoor protection of parts in environments where high humidity and salt spray can be a problem (overseas shipments and seaside warehouses). CG 4696 affords excellent protection of parts, and provides superior water displacement characteristics. It is also non- staining to metal surfaces (stacked and coiled parts will not blemish).

Cutting and Grinding Fluids Anti Foam C-2 is a concentrate defoamer used sump side to eliminate foam problems. Unlike most anti foams, the molecular structure of AF C-2 is such that the product is extremely shear stable. Therefore, AF C-2 can be used at lower treatment levels, and can be used less often.

Cutting and Grinding Fluids CG 4221 is formulated with a proprietary blend of anti-corrosion additives, base oils, and solvent, making for an easily applied full coverage rust preventative. This product is ideal for use when parts have been processed through water solutions, and when they will be exposed to changes in humidity, salt corrosion, or acidic environments. CG 4221 deposits a thin, transparent, light oil film that is not easily disturbed during shipping and handling. Additionally, the product is non- staining and is safe to use on coiled or stacked metals. It is also non-corrosive to a variety of non-ferrous metals including copper, aluminum, zinc, magnesium, brass, and cadmium.

Cutting and Grinding Fluids CG 5418 is formulated to meet the demands of high performance shops requiring far more than the average screw machine/ cutting oil (especially high speed Swiss style machines). The proprietary additive chemistries used in CG 5418 impart lubricity and machinability characteristics that supersede those found in other cutting oils. CG 5418 has proven itself especially useful in the manufacture of medical implants and those shops wishing to machine difficult metals.

Cutting and Grinding Fluids CG 5386 represents various combinations of sulfurized mineral oil with chlorine and fatty additives to provide excellent overall cutting performance in high speed heavy-duty machining operations on all types of steels. These transparent oils enable the operator to better observe the work in progress and the machine surfaces.

Cutting and Grinding Fluids CG 4250 is a light oil film rust preventative designed to protect parts stored indoors for up to 1 year. The light oil coating is not easily disturbed during shipping and handling and possesses residual protective characteristics even if part of the compound is wiped or rubbed from the metal surface. Cutting and Grinding Fluids Multicut 68 is formulated with a special blend of extreme pressure additives and wetting agents, the combination of which provides superior performance in high speed grinding operations. Additionally, the lighter viscosity of MultiCut 68 enables the fluid to more effectively cool the work piece while at the same time increasing the effectiveness of filtration. The combination of these attributes makes MultiCut 68 an excellent choice for grinding multi metals for gears, aerospace parts, and other difficult to grind alloys. MultiCut 68 has proven particularly effective for grinding Ttitanium, REX 76, M-2, M-4, and various other grades of tool steels and stainless steels.
