- BIOGRAS L is normally used at an approximate dose of 100 grams per ton of processed olives.
- The dose should be adjusted in the oil mill as it depends, among others, on factors such as the extraction procedure, the variety of olives used, the degree of ripeness on harvesting and the storage time.
- Instructions For Use
Dissolve one part of the product in 10 parts of water (calculate the consumption for one shift) and add to the output from the olive mill using a dosing pump. The diluted enzyme should not be stored for more than one day and so the working solution should be prepared daily.
