Features & Benefits
- Food Ingredients Features
- Advantages
- Improves the yield in extracting the oil from the waste olive
- A cleaner oil is obtained in the vertical centrifuge (nitidity).
- Smaller oil content in waste olive (dry).
- Improves resistance to oil oxidation (according to the rancimat method)
Applications & Uses

- Applications
- Usage Dose
BIOREPAS is normally used at a dose of 100g per tons of waste olive from a two-phase decanter. The dose must be adjusted in the crusher as it depends amongst other things on factors such as the olive variety, the maturity in harvesting and the stacking time. The effect of the enzyme is more pronounced when the temperature is raised to 40ºC and the process time is extended. Its use is essential when a good yield is pursued along with high-quality oil without the use of solvents.
- Form of Use
It is dosed on the waste olive mass using a proportional dosing pump at a dose of 100g of BIOREPAS per ton of waste olive.
Safety & Health
- Safety & Hygiene
