- Applications
- NSE - 416 is an antifoam useful in Textile, Paints, inks, dyes solutions for carpets. It works both as antifoam and as defoamer for highly alkaline or
- acidic aqueous systems, exhibiting improved efficiency and durability.
- NSE - 416 antifoam may be formulated to an aqueous lower content emulsion with only gentle agitation and additional amount of surfactant to ensure complete dispersion. Alternatively, for convenient dosing, it may be dispersed in at least nine equal volumes of room temperature water (less than 35°C) before use.
- The effective concentration of NSE - 416 will vary depending on formulation, but its high antifoam activity makes it effective at 0.2 - 0.3 % w/w.
