BioVXR® Dissolution

Indicator for observation
After 120 minutes of the pH1.2 environment, the dissolution rate must be lower than 10%.
After 45 minutes of the pH6.8 environment, the dissolution rate must be higher than 80%.

BioVXR® Acid-Resistant HPMC Capsules - Biovxr® Dissolution

Gelatin Capsules
After 30 minutes of the pH1.2 environment, gelatin capsules are nearly dissolved which have no protection for ingredient.
HPMC Capsules
After 120 minutes of the pH1.2 environment, the dissolution rate is 55.8% which half of the ingredient has been released.
BioVXR® acid resistant HPMC capsules
After 120 minutes of the pH1.2 environment, the dissolution rate is lower than 10%, which has protection for the ingredient.
After 45 minutes of the pH6.8 environment, the dissolution rate reached 89.18%, which most of the absorption occurred in
intestinal tract.
Other delayed release capsules
After 120 minutes of the pH1.2 environment, the dissolution rate is higher than 10%, which has weak protection for the ingredient.
After 45 minutes of the pH6.8 environment, the dissolution rate reached 32.19%, which less than half of the ingredient has been
released
