Weigh 35 g of purified water and 35 g of quince seed 2S in a 200 mL beaker, stir with a propeller mixer (propeller length 2 cm, 3 blades) (3 steps of 100, 150, 200 rpm), and use a B-type viscometer (BS). -Viscosity was measured with A1 type, Rotor No.3, 30 rpm, 1 min, room temperature).
