Thurmalox

Elastoid™ 1300 is a single-package, high-build, elastomeric coating and vapor barrier. It is formulated from multiphase synthetic rubber copolymers which interact to provide an unusual range of desirable chemical and physical properties. It is tough, flexible, and corrosion-resistant and provides heavy-duty, long-term protection in highly aggressive chemical, industrial and marine environments. It has extremely low gas, water and water vapor permeability, and exhibits one of the lowest water vapor transmission rates possible with an elastomeric system. It is virtually unaffected by water immersion.

Thurmalox® 884-082 Green is a heat-resistant modified silicone coating designed primarily for temperature indicating applications requiring a two-stage irreversible color change. When applied to refinery and petrochemical process equipment which operate at elevated temperatures the color change provided by Thurmalox 884-082 indicates vessel overheating due to failure of refractory linings, system malfunction or bypassing of hot gasses. Thurmalox 884-082 is suitable for maximum continuous operating temperatures up to 300°F (149°C).

Apexior® Number 3® is a single component, easy to apply air cure coating specifically formulated for the waterside corrosion prevention of metal surfaces. It has outstanding wetting properties and adheres well to power-tooled cleaned areas. Apexior Number 3 is resistant to continuous immersion in fresh or salt water as well as frequently wet or high humidity environments. Apexior Number 3 prevents pitting corrosion and stops corrosion which has already begun - except for badly pitted areas. It aids in the reduction and prevention of tight bonding of hard scale and allows for easy cleaning and removal of scale buildup. Apexior Number 3 performs ideally with water treatment.

Apexior® Number 3®

Endcor® 460 is a water-borne copolymer that is designed for application to rusted ferrous metal surfaces. When properly applied the coating converts the rusted surface to a dark, stable organic iron compound. This product has a low permeability factor and is impermeable to oxygen and moisture while providing a rust-free surface ready for priming or finish painting It converts and primes rusted surfaces in one operation; dries to a hard, gloss finish combines excellent flexibility, toughness and impact resistance.

Endcor® 460

Endcor® 400 Wash Primer is a vinyl metal conditioner that eliminates the need for wash-off types of phosphoric acid pre-treatments and additional temporary “shop” coats. Endcor 400 Wash Primer --Low Flash meets U.S. Specification MIL-C-15328B Coating Pre-treatment (Formula 117 for Metals). Endcor 400 may be applied to moist or wet metal, and even under these conditions will dry within one-half hour to permit immediate application of finish coatings.

Thurmalox 884-090 is suitable for maximum continuous operating temperatures up to 500°F (260°C).

Thurmalox® 884-090 Blue

Apexior® Number 1C is a VOC compliant, single component, easy to apply air dry coating specifically formulated for the hot water-side corrosion prevention of metal surfaces. It is a coating that excels in severe thermal cyclic immersion service. Apexior Number 1C is resistant to continuous immersion in boiling water and steam from 200°F to 700°F (371°C). It aids in the reduction and prevention of tight bonding of hard scale and allows for easy cleaning and removal of any scale buildup in steam generating equipment. Apexior Number 1C prevents pitting corrosion and stops corrosion that has already begun - except for badly pitted areas. It has outstanding wetting properties and adheres well to power tooled cleaned areas. Equipment coated with Apexior Number 1C will also see an increase in heat transfer efficiency. Apexior Number 1C performs ideally with water treatment in steam generating equipment.

Apexior® Number 3C is a VOC compliant, single component, easy to apply air cure coating specifically formulated for the waterside corrosion prevention of metal surfaces. It has outstanding wetting properties and adheres well to power-tooled cleaned areas. Apexior Number 3C is resistant to continuous immersion in fresh or salt water as well as frequently wet or high humidity environments. Apexior® Number 3C

Endcor® 560C is a multipurpose alkyd primer used for new construction and maintenance applications. It can be applied over a wide range of coated and uncoated surfaces without lifting or softening the existing coating. An economical rust inhibitive primer for exterior and interior steel surfaces subjected to industrial and marine environments. It exhibits strong intercoat adhesion, serving as an outstanding tie coat between previously applied adherent paint and chemically resistant topcoat systems containing active solvents.
