Portaflame® SG 100 LV is produced from carefully selected synthetic aluminum hydroxide (ATH). This range of Portaflame® SG -LV are "low viscosity" optimized grades with exceptional low oil absorption values, giving the formulator the opportunity to achieve higher loading levels in different polymer systems. It is used in aluminum sandwich panels to make them flame retardant.

DCL 4032 Carbon Black, PBk.6 (Granular) is a medium particle size, low cost granular carbon black that has medium viscosity and jetness. It in is intended primarily for plastics such as PVC, PE, PP and PS, as well as decorative, industrial, and powder coating applications.

DCL 8318M Syn Micronized Black Iron Oxide, PBk.11, is the yellow shade in DCL's micronized black iron oxide range, and is FDA-approved (Section 178.3297). It finds applications in plastics such as PVC and PE, as well as in decorative and industrial coatings.

DCL 896 Zinc Oxide, PW.4 (USP Grade, French Process) is a high purity USP French Process grade of zinc oxide with a pigment white 4 color index. It finds major applications in plastics such as PVE, PE and PP, industrial and decorative coatings, and also in rubber materials.

DCL 1970-A Naphthol Red, PR.170 is a bright, blue-shaded naphthol red with good overall properties. It has a wide range of applications, including in plastics such as PVC and PE, as well as decorative, powder, and industrial coatings. It is also used in solvent flexo, inkjet, offset, and UV inks.

DCL 1219 Quinacridone Red Violet, PV.19 (E5B type) is a bright, yellow shade quinacridone with excellent overall properties. This pigment is FDA approved (Section 178.3297) and finds major applications in the following: Plastics such as PVC, PP, PS, PE and PET. DCL RC-800-PG Rutile Titanium, PW.6 (Chloride) is a low oil absorption, chloride-process rutile titanium dioxide pigment, surface-treated with alumina and silica. It offers excellent tint strength and dispersibility, providing a bluish/white high dispersion product, and is approved for use under 21 CFR 178.3297 by the FDA.

DCL 3GMXA Bismuth Vanadate, PY.184 is a greenish-yellow pigment from the new generation with excellent alkaline stability, weather fastness, heat stability, high saturation, and high opacity. It offers the best combination of high color strength and alkaline stability and is specifically designed for high-alkaline substrates and systems containing alkalinity such as silicate plasters and stuccos.

DCL Black 430 is a jet-black powder produced by high-temperature calcination. It has good UV and visible opacity, is chemically inert, heat-resistant, and stable to ultraviolet light. This pigment is non-bleeding, non-migratory, has exceptional durability and hiding power, and is generally used in applications where resistance to heat, light, and weather is needed. It is compatible with most resin systems and polymers, and is non-warping, making it suitable for liquid and powder coatings, inks, dispersions, and plastics, among other applications.

DCL 1810M Syn Micronized Yel Iron Oxide, PY.42, consists of lanox iron oxide and has superior dispersibility and improved hiding. It is FDA-approved (Section 178.3297), and has a wide range of applications, including use in plastics such as PVC and PE, as well as decorative and industrial coatings.

DCL 1233 Carbazole Violet, PV.23 is a high-performance pigment with a bluish-violet color and high tint strength. It exhibits excellent fastness to light and weathering in most applications and is only slightly affected by reductions with titanium dioxide.

DCL 7151 Benzimidazolone Yellow, PY.151 is a Pigment Yellow 151 based on benzimidazolone chemistry and is a direct match to H4G. It offers superior resistance properties, such as excellent weather fastness and chemical resistance, making it ideal for demanding coating applications where a green shade of yellow is required.

DCL 2188 Naphthol Red, PR.188 is a bright, yellow-shaded naphthol red with good flow properties, bleed resistance, lightfastness, and weather fastness. It is recommended for higher-grade exterior industrial paints, exterior trade sales coatings, colorant systems for in-plant tinting or machine colorants, printing inks, mass coloration of paper, paper surface coating, paper pulp coloration, wax crayons, and inks for wallpaper use. It is also recommended for use in plastics.

DCL 1166 Disazo Scarlet, PR.166 is a transparent, yellow-shaded red with excellent heat stability and very good fastness properties. It is recommended for auto refinishes, solvent industrial coatings, and powder coating applications. It is also recommended for all ink and plastic applications.

DCL 1419 Quinacridone Violet, PV.19 is a bright, blue-shaded quinacridone with a similar shade to thioindigo red, and it has excellent overall properties. This pigment is FDA-approved (Section 178.3297) and is recommended for use in inks, high-grade industrial paints, implement enamels, agricultural equipment, and powder coating applications.

DCL 361 Chromium Oxide Green, PG.17 (dark shade) is a dark shade of very stable green pigment that is unaffected by acids, alkalis and solvents. 361 is heat stable and offers excellent value, lightfastness, and weatherability. It is FDA-approved (Section 178.3297) and is recommended for coatings, plastics and for use in the construction industry primarily for architectural applications.

DCL 1179 Perylene Red, PR.179 is a semi-transparent maroon shade with excellent fastness properties and is FDA-approved (Section 178.3297). It is primarily recommended for higher-quality industrial coatings, automotive OEM and refinishes, and plastics such as polyolefins, PVC, and PUR, and may also be suitable for styrene and other polymers.

DCL 2810M Syn Micronized Yel Iron Oxide, PY.42 is a synthetic micronized yellow pigment that has superior dispersibility and hiding with lower oil absorption. 2810M is an offset to Bayferrox 3910M and is FDA-approved (Section 178.3297). It is recommended to be used in plastic and coating applications.

DCL Black 411A is a brown-black powder produced by high-temperature calcination. It has good UV and visible opacity, high infrared reflection, and is chemically inert, heat-resistant, and stable to ultraviolet light. It is non-bleeding and non-migratory, has low heat build-up, exceptional durability, and hiding power. It is generally used in applications requiring resistance to heat, light, and weather, and is compatible with most resin systems and polymers, and is non-warping. Typical applications include liquid and powder coatings, inks, dispersions, plastics, and other applications where equivalent pigment chemistry is used.

DCL 301 Chromium Oxide Green, PG.17 (light shade, G4099 type) is a high-quality, clean, yellow-shade, very-stable green pigment that is unaffected by acids, alkalis, and solvents. It is heat-stable, offers excellent value, lightfastness, and weatherability, and is FDA-approved (Section 178.3297).

DCL RMXA Bismuth Vanadate, PY.184 is a lemon shade yellow pigment with excellent alkaline stability, weather fastness, heat stability, high saturation, and high opacity. It is recommended for high alkaline substrates and alkaline-containing systems like silicate plasters and stuccos, as well as in many polymers.

DCL 1242L Disazo Scarlet, PR.242 is a yellowish shade, red pigment with excellent fastness properties. It shows excellent resistance against ethanol and water. It is mainly applicable in Plastics such as PVC, PE, PP, PS and fiber. Automotive/aerospace, industrial and powder coatings. Solvent flexo and water flexo inks etc.

DCL Orange GX Pyrazolone Orange, PO.13, is an orange pigment that provides a bright red shade of orange, commonly used in offset and aqueous inks. Additionally, DCL Orange GX is versatile enough to be used in a wide range of paint and plastic applications.

DCL 3777 Phthalocyanine Green, PG.7 (blue shade) is a bright, blue-shaded phthalocyanine with excellent overall properties. The product is FDA-approved (Section 178.3297) and recommended for various applications in inks, coatings, and plastics. It can be easily dispersed in plastics, coatings, and water-based flexo inks.

DCL 8330M Syn Micronized Black Iron Oxide, PBk.11 is the stronger, slightly bluer shade by DCL, composed of micronized black iron oxide, and is FDA-approved (Section 178.3297). It is suitable for use in various plastic applications, including PVC, PE and PP, as well as decorative, industrial, and powder coatings.

DCL RMX Bismuth Vanadate, PY.184 is a bright lemon-shade yellow pigment with high color strength and excellent opacity. It exhibits very good weather fastness and is used primarily in industrial and decorative paint applications, allowing for much cleaner shades and/or lower formulation costs.

DCL 2870 Naphthol Red, PR.170 is a blue-shaded red pigment for use where good overall fastness properties are required. It exhibits good overall resistance properties, including lightfastness, weather fastness, and heat stability. This makes it a reliable and versatile choice for a wide range of paint, plastic, and ink applications.

DCL 2443 Vat Orange, PO.43 is a bright, high-chroma orange pigment with excellent overall properties and high tint strength, suitable for nearly all types of coatings and plastics applications. It can be used to formulate pastel colors and for shading as well as creating copper metallic shades; however, full shade applications may have a tendency to darken upon exposure.
