Add directly to the mixing water, the mixed concrete or mortar. Mix concrete or mortar while adding DNC 100 HE. Discharge contents of mixing drum within one hour. Provide for the protection of poured concrete or masonry structures. Reduce mixing water. Do not use when concrete temperatures exceed 90°F. Use 14 to 18 ounces per bag for 1%, 3 gallons to 100 gallons of mixing water for 1%.
- Limitations
- In all cases, do not use severely frozen aggregates, blocks or bricks.
- Protect the structure for at least four days.
- Provide a minimum of 50°F.
- Do not exceed 90°F at any time.
- If temperature and wind chill combine to a wind chill factor of -20°F, provide protections for the material.
- Prime the contact areas of window and door frames with aluminum primer to protect against rusting.
- Keep from embedded copper wires.
- Protect rebars or use coated bars, galvanized wall reinforcements, clips, ties, etc.
- Contains calcium chloride.

Available in 30 or 55 gallon drums and is delivered by tanker trucks for set-up customers purchasing bulk amounts of 300, 500 (+) gallons. Must be dispersed separately, but is compatible with most admixtures.
