Our date sugar is made with 100% certified organic 2^{nd} choice upcycled Deglet Nour dates that are de-pitted, washed, and sun dried in a protected enclosure for 7-9 days. They then are ground into powder, sieved through an micron sieve, passed through a metal detector and packaged into polypropylene 20 kg bags on the same day.
