"Davlin Coatings is a California business established in 1968. We manufacture a complete line of coatings – architectural and industrial – as well as many specialty coatings including the ACRYLASTIC line of waterproof elastomerics.

ACRYLASTIC was born in 1975 out of a need for coating with superior water-proofing characteristics, adhesion, toughness and elongation.

Davlin’s experience in flame-retardant coatings stems from being one of the best manufacturers of these coatings in the world. Our product was chosen by NASA to protect cargo containers carried aboard the Space Shuttles fleet.

ACRYLASTIC stands at the top in the development of quality waterproof elastomeric coatings. Davlin’s Acrylastic product line offers elongation rates up to 2100%, tensile strength up to 2000 p.s.i., adhesive characteristics similar to an epoxy glue and the durability of an acrylic.

Our booth at trade shows will feature three product; Cap Seal, the Cool Roof Kit and the Deck Coatings Kit. Cap Seal has a 40 year history of success. Our Cool Roof Kit meets California Title 24 requirements and has an aged SRI rating of 105. The Deck Coatings Kit can cover 100 square feet with superior waterproofing properties while maintaining a low cost to the consumer."

Acrylastic™ UltraRoof™ 510 was designed as a single-part water-based coating with the highest performance in coastal temperate, humid, hot, and extreme alkaline environments. Acrylastic 510 creates a tough, long lasting protective membrane that remains flexible over time even under adverse conditions. Its elongation and tensile strength provide unsurpassed resistance to maintenance traffic, weather conditions, and wear. Its proprietary formula features copolymer elastomeric resins to produce a seamless, flexible, durable membrane that displays exceptional weatherability and UV resistance. Because it is a high-solids coating, Acrylastic 510 has low shrinkage, allowing it to bridge hairline cracks and provide protection against new cracks forming.

Davlin Coatings Butylseal 572 Primer is a waterborne butyl type emulsion sealer developed in 1983 to provide a firm foundation on masonry or wood surfaces on which to apply a finish coat. It possesses excellent sealing and drying properties over chalky or porous surfaces while maintaining flexibility and a suitable after tack to provide better adhesion for a top coat.

Roofseal Tropical Roof Coating is a bright white, ultra-tough, waterproofing, copolymer elastomeric coating. The system creates a liquid-applied roof that is permanent, seamless, fully- adhered, and watertight. Tropical Roofseal's high solar reflectance will reduce thermal- mechanical stress and cooling loads.

Roofseal Silicone Top is a ready-to use, high solids, solvent free, single compo- nent, moisture cure, fluid applied silicone coating. Creates a breathable membrane possessing superior weathering and water resistance characteristics. Provides elemental protection for architectural surfaces such as vertical wals, masonry, concrete, metal, single ply membranes and sprayed-in-place urethane foam systems. This product can be used as a topcoat over polyurethane elastomeric base coats where improved traffic and impact resistant characteristics are required.
