Delta Foremost® FM 606-ES DRY MOLY is a superior dry film lubricant, formulated with molybdenum for long lasting lubrication and antiseize properties. Formulated without methylene chloride for a more user friendly environment.

Product Highlights
  • Dry film - Dries completely. Ideal for applications where dirt, dust and lint are present. Will not attract foreign particles.
  • Prevents rust - Forms a semi-permanent coating that will outlast ordinary oils, greases, and coatings. Highly resistant to most acids, salt spray, and other corrosive chemicals.
  • High temp performance - Able to withstand temperatures to 650°F.
  • Cable and chain lubricant - Dry moly is excellent for lubricating cables where sand or other contaminants cause excessive wear. Cuts through old lubricants to center of chain where excessive wear begins.
  • Penetrates - Excellent wicking and mastic properties. Will not throw off. Penetrates to the inner core of wire rope and prolongs rope life.

Application

Recommended for use on gears and chains, motors, bearings, boilers, engines, pump assemblies, conveyors, construction equipment, farm implement equipment.

Directions
  • Shake well before using.
  • Spray 8-10 inches from surface.
  • Spray a light even film.
  • Wipe off excess with cloth.
  • Repeat applicaton, second coat gives additional protection.

Safety & Health

Precaution

Keep out of reach of children. Danger! Extremely flammabale. Do not spray near sparks, heat or open flames. Vapors will accumulate readily and may ignite explosively. Keep area ventilated during use and until all vapors are gone.

Do not smoke - Extinguish all flames, pilot lights and heaters. Turn off stoves, electric tools and appliances, and any other sources of ignition. Avoid prolonged exposure to sunlight or heat from radiators, stoves, hot water and other heat sources that may cause bursting. Do not puncture, incinerate burn or store above 120°F (49°C). Do not discard empty can in garbage compactor.

Vapor harmful. Use with adequate ventilation. Avoid continuous breathing of vapor and spray mist. To avoid breathing vapors or spray mist, open windows and doors or use other means to ensure fresh air entry during application and drying. If you experience eye watering, headaches, or dizziness, increase fresh air or wear respiratory protection (NIOSH approved) or leave the area. Avoid contact with eyes and skin. Wash hands after using.

First Aid: In case of eye contact, flush thoroughly with large amounts of water for 15 minutes and get medical attention. For skin contact, wash thoroughly with soap and water. In case of respiratory difficulty, provide fresh air and call physician.

Notice: Reports have associated repeated and prolonged occupational overexposure to solvents with permanent brain and nervous system damage. Intentional misuse by deliberately concentrating and inhaling the contents may be harmful or fatal.
