DeltaGreen® Oven Cleaner

DeltaGreen® Oven Cleaner is very effective in removing carbonaceous soils such as baked or burned on oils, fats, proteins, starches, sugars, greases, glue, adhesives, etc. It adheres to and dissolves soil on vertical and overhead surfaces. It will not harm stainless steel or vitreous tile surfaces found in food plants. It can be used as received, or diluted with up to 20 parts water to clean all types of food processing equipment, including, but not limited to, ovens, grills, vats, kettles, deep fat fryers, potato chip and doughnut machines.
