LINCORE® CP PP 20 is expertise in the preparation of flax fibers allowed the Depestele Group to develop a technical fiber specially adapted to the manufacture of flax fiber reinforced compounds dedicated to the plastics industry. Several ranges of compounds are currently available. For each product, the rate of flax reinforcement can be defined according to the customer’s needs. In addition, several types of polymers can be used, the compounding being realized on request.

LINCORE® commingled technical fabrics can be rapidly shaped with a short heating and cooling cycle under a press in order to achieve any type of composite material part. Otherwise, processes such as static press, autoclave, compression molding can also be used.
