LINCORE® PLA FF P2 40 400 is a fabric made of LINCORE® roving (commingled flax and PLA filaments). Consolidation is done by heating above melting temperature of PLA matric (170°C-200°C) and applying a low pressure (1-30 bars), before a cooling step under pressure.The molding can be realized by diaphragm (1 to 8 bars)- Thermo compression (10 to 200 bars) - Sandwich thermo compression (1 to 5 bars).
